Here's the fireman who talked to the kids about fire safety. You can see a mini fire truck on the left sleeping. This is Eddie. He sleeps a lot at the fire station. The kids had to yell to wake him up.

When a firemen has on all his gear, he's carrying an extra 75 pounds.All the kids were invited up the hug or give him five. Mia gave him five REAL quick.

The kids sat on hay bales and listened to two stories about Halloween.They played toss the bean bag through the pumpkin head. Everyone won two stickers.They were able to pick out a small pumpkin each and bring it home.Next was craft time. They colored, cut out and glued a pumpkin to a brown paper bag to make a pumpkin puppet.We went back across the street to the park and ate lunch. Afterwards all the kids played on the playground. Here's Mia and MacKenzie (love her flying blonde hair) swinging.Time to go back to school. Here's Mia getting on the school bus for the ride back to school.
Now do you see why I was so exhausted after this field trip??? It was lots of fun!!!
